How to Change or Reset Your IRB Manager Password

 

To change your password:

  • Login to OneAegis (formerly IRBManager). Click My Settings on the top right.

  • Click Change My Password.

  • Complete the required fields, then click Update.

To reset your password:

If you are locked out of your account, or cannot remember your password, use this guide.

 

  • From the OneAegis (formerly IRBManager) Login page, click Forgot Password.

  • Enter your email, fill out the required CAPTCHA, then click Retrieve.

  • Your new password will be emailed to you via the email you provided (this must be the email that is connected to your IRB Manager account.) It will take between 5 and 15 minutes to recieve your new password.
