Allandale Academic Advising

Prospective Students: 

If you are beginning college, either just graduating from high school or an adult returning to school, ETSU at Kingsport (Allandale) invites you to visit.  You have the opportunity to enroll in ETSU's general education core in smaller, more convenient classes closer to home.  This location also offers an accelerated BSN program. If you have questions about enrolling at ETSU, contact the Main Office at 423-392-8000.  If you have questions regarding dual enrollment for high school students, contact Elizabeth Graham, Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment, at dualenrollment@etsu.edu.

Students 21 years of age and older! After being admitted to ETSU, you will be required to take a placement test. ( Accuplacer ). This test does not determine eligibility for admission to ETSU; it determines at what level you will begin in both math and English. This exam is available at the Kingsport campus by calling 392-8000 to schedule an appointment.

All new students are required to attend an orientation session at the Johnson City campus. Once admitted, all students receive an email invitation to register for an orientation session.

Transfer Students: 

If you have completed an Associate's Degree or you reside in the Kingsport area and need transfer assistance, contact ETSU at Kingsport Allandale's main office at 423-392-8000 or send an email to ETSUatKingsport@etsu.edu.
