Official Transcript Requests

Overnight Shipping Requests

Please make all overnight transcript requests through Parchment. 

Official Transcripts can be requested in the Records Office, 101 Dossett Hall between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. 

Transcript requests placed with Records Office staff to be mailed to third parties will go out in the mail within 2 business days free of charge.  A picture ID is required. 

Transcripts will not be issued until all debts or obligations owed to the institution have been satisfied.

No Forms Required for Pickups! If you would like to request a transcript for immediate pickup, just bring a picture ID to the Records Office, you don't even have to fill out a form and there is no charge!!

Alumni, Former, and Current Students

 

ETSU College of Medicine and College of Pharmacy alumni, former, and current students must contact their record’s office directly (Medicine: 423-439-2038 or Pharmacy: 423-439-6338).

All other Alumni, Former, and Current Students can request transcripts 24/7 via:

Parchment

PDF transcript and Overnight Requests must be placed through Parchment to be able to collect payment information.

Orders placed through Parchment will incur an additional charge.

Current students may request official transcripts from within GoldLink by selecting Official Transcript within the Records panel.

Official transcripts may also be requested via fax (423-439-6604) or mail by submitting the request in writing including the following information:

  1. Complete name (including any previous names)
  2. E # (Student Number)
  3. Term last enrolled
  4. Number of transcripts requested
  5. Complete address of where to mail the transcript(s)
  6. Written signature of student requesting the transcript(s)
  7. Current telephone number, including area code
  8. Special instructions (if the transcript needs to be held until degrees are posted, etc.)

You may also print and complete the Transcript Request Form and return it to the Records Office for processing via email, mail, fax, or in person.

If you would like to email a scan of your paper transcript to a particular recipient, verify with that recipient that they will accept the scan of your transcript.


Viewing Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be accessed on-line using GoldLink. After arriving at the site, enter your ETSU User Name and ETSU Password to login. Once you log into GoldLink select Student from the selections on the left side of the screen, Then click on Records to open the pane, under Transcripts you will find the link to view an Unofficial Transcript.  Click Unofficial Transcript and select the transcript level as Undergraduate or Graduate, as required, and then select Student Unofficial Transcript from the drop down box. If you have not attended ETSU since Fall 2001, your transcript will not be accessible on the web via GoldLink.
