Student Complaints
The full Student Complaint Policy and Procedure can be found in the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs under the Policy and Procedure section. Students at the main ETSU campus, online/distance learners, and students participating in ETSU programs at off-campus instructional sites can use this process to have complaints reviewed and resolved by the Dean of Students.
