As the Dean of Student Engagement/Director of Assessment, Leah Adinolfi provides oversight to six units within ETSU’s Division of Student Life & Enrollment. These include the D.P. Culp Student Center Operations, Student Activities & Organizations, Leadership & Civic Engagement, Fraternity & Sorority Life, ID and Tech Services and Campus Dining Services. Dr. Adinolfi also helps to facilitate strategic planning and assessment of programs across the Division.

Assists in card system software maintenance. Assists in managing ID card door access. Maintains office records, supply & equipment inventory/orders, and assists in daily office duties.
