Confederate Officers Coat worn by Lieutenant Larkin Junius Curtis, First North Carolina Regiment of Infantry State Troops. Curtis was killed at the battle of Spottsylvania, VA, May 10, 1864. The Museum also owns a Bible, coverlet, muzzle, sword, and knife carried by Curtis during the war.
