Group Fitness
The Group Fitness program at Campus Recreation is designed and dedicated to promote healthy lifestyles in the ETSU community. Certified instructors provide a variety of fitness classes for all fitness levels. Group exercise classes are FREE for students, faculty, staff, and CPA members. We are currently offering virtual and in-person group fitness classes. Registration is required for all classes. Please plan to arrive to group exercise classes 5 - 10 minutes prior to the beginning of classes.
Vigorous Vinyasa has been cancelled on Tuesday, June 21.
